About things to do in Hunter Valley

Hi Guys,
Only if you really think about Blue Mountains tour?! We have more detailed information about blue mountain tours

It’s hard to explain what it is about the Blue Mountains that gets into your blood. Could be the mist of eucalyptus oil hanging over the valleys, or the way the cliffs catch fire with gold light as the sun sets while cockatoos call out across the ridges. No matter what causes it, every time I head west from Sydney Harbour into that hazy blue skyline, I’m reminded that this park is one of the most breathtaking places in all of Australia.

I’ve been leading tours around these ranges — from famous lookouts like Echo Point to Jenolan Caves and the Megalong Valley — for years, and I can honestly say, the this is not something you tick off in a day. They’re the perfect escape from urban chaos, a natural cathedral of sandstone cliffs, waterfalls and gum-scented air.

Just 90 minutes from Circular Quay via the Great Western Highway, the region is part of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. It’s a vast World Heritage sanctuary, connecting with the distant Wollemi ranges. It’s a patchwork of steep gorges, rainforests and eucalypt forests, habitat for more than 400 native animal species, including lyrebirds, wallabies and the occasional shy dingo.
